This place suits me perfectly with friendly staff, free parking, and a shared kitchen. They helped me find great restaurants during my first stay. I’m looking forward to coming back for Christmas!

Air conditioning needs urgent improvement!!! The outdated furniture and stained carpets make the place feel worn down!!! The hallways are confusing and the bathrooms lack adequate counter space for personal items!!!

The location was a strong suit for my stay. it’s a short walk to University Hospital. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable with soft sheets, which I appreciated after long days. I had a spacious room with a kitchenette, perfect for making simple meals. The laundry facilities just across the hall made it easy to keep my clothes fresh. However, I was disappointed by the lack of body wash and shampoo—it was inconvenient not to have these basic amenities provided. The TV setup was confusing, with no clear access to live channels. It would also help if the rooms had more electrical outlets for charging devices. Despite these drawbacks, the quiet atmosphere made it a nice retreat.

i was sadly disappointed with my stay. my room didn't even have a deadbolt for security, which is absurd! also, the filthy balcony and windows were an absolute eye sore. i expected a room upgrade for all the inconveniences, but alas, i just couldn't! not worth the money i spent here.

would love to come back here some time
The room had a shared bathroom but it was super clean and had privacy curtains! Enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and large dining area where I chatted with others. The grounds were gorgeous with greenery and a cute little Catholic altar. My room had a lovely view of the park and pond. Such a cozy sanctuary.

Solo traveler cozy haven
The room I had was surprisingly spacious! I loved that there was a full kitchen where I could whip up breakfast before heading out for the day, made things so much easier.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but I found it acceptable given the convenience.
